Nails with Tiffani came about when I decided to retrain. After training with Candace at Designer Nails I have opened my nail services, based in Spencerville. I try to concentrate on the areas of Kaiapoi, Spencerville, Prestons, Parklands and Brighton. Appointments are available in Spencerville.
